Job Description
Accountabilities:

Ongoing development of new sales leads through cold calling. Seek leads from existing clients as well as other contacts. Perform software demonstrations as required. Conduct meetings with potential clients and work with them to close new sales of Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Retail Management System) and Dinerware.

Maintain a current database of all leads, active, and inactive clients and all other relevant lists associated with this position in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Ongoing client relations with new and existing clients to ensure that their requirements are met and they remain satisfied with the product and support provided by Factor One Technology.

Communicate and work with Factor One implementation and support personnel to ensure that clients new implementations go smoothly and that client concerns and issues are addressed.

Assist where necessary in collection of delinquent client accounts and ensure that all sales are within established corporate terms and conditions allowed.

Assist with plan and execution of relevant shows, trade meetings and promotional events. Research and maintain Factor One Technology Inc involvement in relevant associations, groups and memberships that will enhance Factor One's corporate image and marketing presence.

Assist with development and maintenance of Sales & Marketing Plan as it relates to Microsoft Dynamics RMS and Dinerware vertical market applications.

Help identify key markets for targeted marketing activities relating to RMS and Dinerware.

Follow up on marketing related inquiries from all sources.

Assist with development and maintenance of corporate brochure and product information sheets as required. Make use of marketing materials provided by the manufacturers of RMS and Dinerware. Assist with planning ongoing maintenance and revision of corporate internet presence and identity.

Experience:
Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager. Compensation is salary and commission based.
