This test will give you a broad overview of what's necessary to make this holiday season a success. The following ties some of the 24 tips into RMS:
Tip #1: Attempt to add on at every sale. RMS: Item messages can be displayed with items "don't forget to suggest batteries" is only one common area where you can attempt to add on to the sale.
Tip #7: Make your holidays easier for your customers by offering gift wrapping. RMS: add an item called gift wrapping and ask at each sale if any of the items need to be gift wrapped for $X. You may even decide to donate a portion of the proceeds to a Christmas charity in your region.
Tip #15: Put a spiff on high margin, high volume items. RMS: Commission can be calculated at an item level as long a salesperson is attached at the POS. Commissions can be set as % of sale, % of profit or just a flat rate.
